Our restaurant is the result of our passion for local ingredients, small-scale hospitality, renewal and faith in Transylvania’s evolving gastronomy. It was created by chef Róbert Vass, sommelier Tamás Ágoston and food enthusiasts Szabolcs and Orsolya Péter.
The 110-year-old house near the center, which also serves as the home of two of our owners, has been lovingly renovated and transformed into a professional kitchen and a guest space that can accommodate up to 38 people. The idea was really simple: we wanted to create a place where guests would feel as if they’d come home or were sitting in the living room of a dear friend. We believe that something is only really good if you put your heart and soul into it. Our kitchen is experimental, but we love to blend Transylvanian flavours and ingredients with Far Eastern concepts of food.
We are open every Tuesday from 17:00-22:00 and Wednesday to Saturday 13:00 – 22:00. Kitchen closes at 21:00 each night.
We are planning to occasionally host brunches on Sundays from 9:00 t0 13:00, the dates shall be posted on our website and our social media outlets.
Even though we will seat you without a reservation, if there is a table available, we strongly recommend to make a reservation in advance, if you want to make sure, that you’ll find a space.
